Mon., Wed., & Fri. 10am - 4pm / Tues. & Thurs. 10am - 6pm

Open for residents 16 and older

Northwest Health Center:  6431 N. 76th St.

Southside Health Center:  1639 S. 23rd St.

Milwaukee County Kosciuszko Community Center

Mon.– Fri. 9am - 2pm

Open for residents 18 and older

2201 S. 7th St.

FEMA Vaccination Clinic at the Wisconsin Center

Mon. – Sat. 9am - 6pm / Sun. 9am - 4pm

Open for residents 16 and older
