As an iCare Family Care Partnership member, you will receive $15 worth of OTC medications and supplies delivered to your home, free of charge, each month. That’s $180 a year to use towards your OTC needs!
More ways to buy for 2020: You can still purchase approved OTC item through your OTC catalog, and in 2020 you can also buy OTC items at participating retailers like Walgreens, Walmart, CVS and many more. Learn more about the new OTC Benefit Card.
A new $15 allowance will be issued to you each month. Unused portions of the monthly dollar amount will be carried over into the following month, until the end of the current year. Dollar amounts expire at the end of each calendar year OR if you disenroll before the end of the year.

SilverSneakers is a fitness benefit that includes access to 15,000+ fitness locations* nationwide, exercise equipment and other amenities, group exercise classes led by certified instructors, a support network and online resources. Signature SilverSneakers classes designed for all levels and abilities are offered in traditional fitness classrooms.
More than 50 SilverSneakers FLEX© class options including Latin dance, yoga, tai chi and walking groups are offered in settings outside the traditional gym. Eligible plan members simply show their personal SilverSneakers ID number at the front desk of any participating location to use the benefit. Members may get their SilverSneakers ID number and find locations and classes at silversneakers.com.
*At-home kits are offered for members who want to start working out at home or for those who can’t get to a fitness location due to injury, illness or being homebound.

The new WW delivers a holistic and personal approach to losing weight. As an iCare Family Care Partnership member, you can request meeting voucher packs for local WW meetings from your Care Coordinator. These packs will contain thirteen-weeks' worth of meeting vouchers at a local, on-site WW location. WW moves beyond what you weigh, so you can eat healthier, move more, live happier, AND lose weight.
You can request new voucher packs near the end of each thirteen-week period if you would like to continue to use WW. Please call your Care Coordinator 1-855-818-1129 (TTY: 1-800-947-3529) to request new voucher packs.
iCare partners with dental network DentaQuest to provide you with an extra $2,500 a calendar year for preventive and comprehensive dental services. As an iCare Medicare Plan member, when you use a DentaQuest provider, you can enjoy these added benefits:
- Oral Exams and Cleaning: Up to 2 per calendar year
- Dental X-Rays: Up to 1 per calendar year
- X-Rays are limited to either 1 panoramic or 1 full set per calendar year
- Diagnostic Services: Up to 2 visits per calendar year
- Simple Restorative Services: Limited to Amalgams/Resins (No root canals/crowns)
- 1 restoration per tooth per calendar year
- Extractions: Simple extractions only, no surgical extractions
- Prosthodontics: Basic Partials and Basic Dentures are covered, no coverage for repair
- Emergency Office Visits: Limited to 2 visits per calendar year
These services are in addition to the standard dental benefits provided by Medicaid and Medicare. iCare partners with National Vision Administrators (NVA) to provide you with an extra $450 per calendar year towards eyeglasses. NEW IN 2020: contact fitting and contact lenses.
When you use an NVA network provider, you receive up to $450 a calendar year towards eyeglass lenses and frames, and starting in 2020, towards (1) set of contact lenses and/or eyeglass lenses and frames.
This benefit cannot be combined with your Medicaid benefit, cover the cost of cosmetic contacts, or non-medical, routine eye exams. Medical optometry services are covered through NVA.
