Over-the-Counter (OTC) for 2022

iCare members get Over-the-Counter items!

Main Content

In 2022, iCare Medicare Plan (HMO D-SNP) and iCare Family Care Partnership (HMO D-SNP) members can purchase Medicare–approved Over-the-Counter (OTC) items with your iCare Benefit Card...the same card you can use to purchase Healthy Foods and wellness products earned through Healthy Rewards.

How it Works

Every month, iCare will make a deposit into an account that is linked to a prepaid benefits card so you can purchase Medicare-approved OTC items. The OTC balance will be separate from other balances on your iCare Benefit Card

For more information about your OTC benefit, please see your plan’s Evidence of Coverage.

Purchase OTC Items

You can use your Over-the-Counter balance to buy OTC items including:

iCare Benefit Card

  • Cold, Cough, and Allergy Relief
  • Pain Relief
  • Digestive Health
  • First Aid
  • Vitamins

More eligible OTC items can be viewed by checking the OTC Network Mobile App. Download it through Google Play or in the Apple App Store, or visit OTCNetwork.com.
