Access the Provider Portal
Your time is valuable. iCare's Provider Portal allows you to view service authorizations and view claim information for the iCare members you serve.
A PIN letter containing your unique PIN number is provided by iCare and is required to access the Provider Portal.
You can request a PIN number via the request button below, which is sent to netdev@iCareHealthPlan.org. A PIN letter containing your unique PIN number will be provided by iCare. If you do not receive your PIN letter, please contact iCare at netdev@iCareHealthPlan.org to obtain your unique PIN number. Providers can create multiple user names utilizing the same PIN number.

Access the Provider Portal Request Access to the Portal
Providers now have the ability to access their own Evidence of Payments (EOPs). This new feature is found on the Claims Screen, under Explanation of Payment - Click on View EOP.
