Medically necessary services are available twenty-four (24) hours, seven (7) days a week. If your condition is severe or you experience a change in mental health status, go to the nearest emergency room (ER). If you are unable to get to the ER, call 911. Emergency Services do not require prior authorization approval. For interpreter services, if you need a document translated, or need to get in contact with a member of your care team, please call us at 1-800-777-4376 (TTY 1-800-947-3529) and follow the prompts.
