2026 Over-the-Counter (OTC) Benefit

iCare Family Care Partnership (HMO D-SNP) members have a $45 quarterly allowance to purchase OTC health and wellness products from iCare's new Pharmacy Benefits Manager, CenterWell Pharmacy®. You have the freedom to select a mail order pharmacy from our list of network pharmacies found in our combined Provider/Pharmacy directory by pharmacy type.

How to place your order

Phone:

• Order your OTC products whenever and wherever you’d like. Call 855-211-8370 (TTY: 711), follow the menu options, and select place an order.

Mail:

• Due to added time to receive your request by mail, we encourage you to allow extra time when placing your order. Please submit your orders by the 20th of the last month of your allowance period. Last month of quarters are March, June, September, and December.
