It feels great when your health doesn’t prevent you from doing activities you enjoy, like spending time with loved ones. Good health happens when you make healthy choices and listen to your doctor’s advice.

And in 2022, iCare offers iCare Medicare Plan (HMO D-SNP) and iCare Family Care Partnership (HMO D-SNP) members the opportunity to earn more rewards for being proactive with your health. The best news is that you do not need to enroll in Healthy Rewards; as a member, you’re automatically signed up! 

How it Works

Complete eligible healthy activities and earn a reward, which will be deposited into a balance on your iCare Benefit Card — the same card you use to buy your Medicare Over-the-Counter items and use for your Healthy Foods benefit. The Healthy Rewards balance will be separate from your other balances and you'll be notified by a letter in the mail each time you earn a reward. Several different healthy activities qualify and you can earn up to $30 per activity. Members can earn only one reward per activity, per calendar year.

Eligible 2022 Healthy Rewards will continue to be loaded to this card until 4/30/2023. All 2022 Healthy Rewards expire on 7/31/2023 or 90 days after you disenroll, whichever comes first. There are a variety of retailers who accept the iCare Benefit Card to purchase wellness products using your Healthy Rewards balance. Participating retailers include, but are not limited to:
