Transportation

iCare utilizes the transportation broker Medical Transportation Management (MTM) to support our members’ transportation needs.

  • What is a Transportation Broker?
    • A transportation broker is a company that helps people get rides to their non-emergency medical appointments or to other community locations.
  • What if I am an interested Transportation Provider looking to contract with MTM, who can I contact?
    • You can contact MTM’s Network Development Team at: providerswi@mtm-inc.net or call the Provider Helpdesk toll-free at (888) 595-1180 (available Monday through Friday from 7am to 6pm, CT.)
  • What if I am a contracted Residential Provider with iCare and want to learn more about how I can set up rides on behalf of iCare members through MTM Link Portal?

  • What if I am contracted with MTM to provide transportation but have a concern about how the partnership works?
    • There are four options for sharing your concerns:

Providers can also contact iCare by emailing TransportationSupport@Humana.com to also to share any concerns or complaints.

*Be sure when outreaching about your Inclusa/iCare MTM rides, you use the contact information located on this webpage to ensure you are accessing the appropriate MTM staff to support you. MTM is the transportation broker for Inclusa/iCare members but they are also the transportation broker for the Wisconsin Medicaid NEMT program. These transportation benefits are separate and distinct programs. Each program has different MTM phone numbers, policies, procedures, eligibility requirements, provider requirements, and payment processes so it is important you use the contact information located on this webpage.
